President’s Message
My name is Donnie Mills and I am your Simcoe County Elementary Teachers’ Federation President. I served 4 years as First Vice President and Grievance Officer, and look forward to my second term as your president. I am here to meet or talk with you any time that I can be of assistance.
The Simcoe County Elementary Teachers’ Federation represents over 2400 contract teachers at 90 different worksites throughout Simcoe County and we are here for all of you. I am proud to be a teacher and proud to be your President. Together, along side our Simcoe DECE and Simcoe County Elementary Occasional Teachers, we are ETFO. Your union is your safety net, and we are here when you need us.
