AWARD(S) OF EXCELLENCE

 The Award of Excellence may be awarded subject to the following guidelines:

a) candidates shall be nominated by an individual Simcoe County Elementary Teachers' Federation member;

b) the award shall be given to members who in the opinion of the SCETF have given outstanding service to education, to the community and/or the teaching profession outside of Federation activities.

Procedures:

1. All nominations shall be confidential.
2. The applications shall be reviewed by the Awards Committee and those recommendations shall be taken forward to the Simcoe County Elementary Teachers' Federation Executive.
3. This award shall be presented at a General Meeting/Awards Dinner.
4. The SCETF may grant the Award posthumously.
